  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your mosaic to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully roll your mosaic with the mesh side facing inward and place it back into its original protective tube or box to prevent any stone damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our production studio for inspection.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item is in its original condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
